Yokohama, Japan, July 23, 2015 - Italy's Nicolai/Lupo won Pool G of the FIVB Yokohama Grand Slam after they completed a 2-0 (21-17, 29-27) win over Brazil's Ricardo/Emanuel at Rinko Park on Wednesday.
Paolo Nicolai admitted that it was a tough challenge for them to play against Olympic medallists such as Ricardo Garcia and Emanuel Rego from Brazil, and Phil Dalhausser from the USA, but the Italian tandem just played their best to win their pool.
