Moscow, Russia, May 29, 2015 - Seventh-seeded Madelein Meppelink and Marleen Van Iersel of The Netherlands eliminated 22nd-seeded Emily Day and Jennifer Kessy of the United States 2-0 (21-14, 21-17) in 47 minutes to reach the semi-finals of the Moscow Grand Slam.
With the win, the Dutch will play 13th-seeded Marta Menegatti/Viktoria Orsi Toth of Italy in Saturday's first women's semi-final.
