Prague, Czech Republic, May 23, 2015 – The FIVB Beach Volleyball Prague Open semifinals will feature two ‘veteran’ pairs on Sunday, Brazil’s Maria Clara/Carol & Agatha/Seixas, and two ‘newcomers’: Canada’s Bansley/Pavan and Eduarda/Elize Maia from Brazil.
The Salgado-sisters defeated Spain’s Lobato/Soria in the quarterfinals on Saturday, Agatha Bednarczuk & Barbara Seixas booked a 2-0 win over USA’s Fopma/Summer, Heather Bansley & Sarah Pavan were too strong for Finland’s Lehtonen/Lahti and Eduarda Santos Lisboa & Eliza Secomandi Maia defeated Germany’s Laboureur/Sude.
