Yokohama, Japan, July 23, 2015 - Brazilian pair Juliana/Antonelli recovered from their first match loss to compatriots Larissa/Talita by winning their second match against Russia's Ukolova/Birlova 2-0 (21-17, 21-16) in the Main Draw of the FIVB Yokohama Grand Slam at the Rinko Park on Thursday.
Maria Antonelli shared her thoughts on the competition and how they are in a tight race with the other Brazilian pairs in the tournament. Antonelli assures though that their tandem will fight and think of making a good finish. Antonelli also talked about her second time in Japan and expressed her love for the country and its people.
