Yokohama, Japan, July 25, 2015 - Canada's Heather Bansley and Sarah Pavan were down in the first set but made full recovery to claim the semifinal ticket after defeating Brazil's Taiana Lima and Fernanda Alves in the FIVB Yokohama Grand Slam at Rinko Park on Saturday.
Bansley shared her thoughts on their match against the second Brazilian team to be knocked out in the quarterfinals. Bansley/Pavan had a 2-1 (15-21, 21-15, 15-10) win over Lima/Fernanda after defeating their compatriots Valjas/Broder in the second round on Saturday morning.
