Yokohama, Japan, July 24, 2015 - Brazil's Alison and Bruno Schmidt were down in the first set but took a commanding win in the succeeding sets for a 2-1 (21-23, 21-16, 15-8) victory over Poland's Fijalek/Prudel in the second round of the FIVB Yokohama Grand Slam at Rinko Park on Friday.
Bruno praised their Polish opponents Fijalek/Prudel for giving the Brazilians a tough fight in the Yokohama Grand Slam. Fijalek/Prudel defeated Ricardo/Emanuel in the first round 2-0 (21-11, 21-19) and have made a strong impression with their strong serves against Alison/Bruno Schmidt.
