There are also facts and figures on the history of the tournament as well as an explanation on the key rules of the game.
Featuring a total of 48 women’s and 48 men’s teams split into 12 four-team pools, the FIVB Beach Volleyball World Championships 2015 will feature three rounds of pool play with plenty of promising matchups in 144 group matches among 12, four-team pools.
It is the first time the tournament will be held across multiple cities, with The Hague, Amsterdam, Apeldoorn and Rotterdam ready to host the world’s best beach volleyball players.
Pool play will take place across the Netherlands, with the quarterfinals, semifinals and medal matches taking place in The Hague where the tournament will conclude.
