Lausanne, Switzerland, April 28, 2017 - The entry deadline for the Vienna 2017, FIVB Beach Volleyball World Championships has been extended.
The new deadline is Monday June 5 and is the day following the completion of the FIVB Beach Volleyball World Tour Moscow 3-Star event.
It follows in the postponement of the Lucerne 4-Star event to early September and so means ranking points accrued at the Moscow tournament will be included in Vienna 2017 qualification.
Accordingly, the entry deadline for Moscow will be extended to Friday 5th May to allow the teams to register and apply for visas.
The Moscow 3-Star event takes place from May 31-June 4.
