Rio de Janeiro, August 11, 2016 – Brazil’s Larissa Franca and Talita Antunes secured their third win to top their pool at the Rio de Janeiro 2016 Olympic Games with a 2-0 (21-10, 21-15) victory over Poland’s Kinga Kolosinska and Monika Brzostek at Copacabana Beach Arena on Thursday.

Larissa Franca, Brazil
“Our first aim was to finish top of our pool and we have achieved that now. Now we can think about the next step.
“We can always get better, I ‘m happy that we have played so far, but we have to keep an eye on the little details to get better and better.
“We have strong focus and concentration when we are on the court, so now we can relax and then begin our reparations for the next phase.”
Monika Brzostek, Poland
“They killed us, basically. It's good that it doesn't matter because we are still in the tournament.
“It was really, really fast so I don't know if we can take that much from that game.”
